You might be here because

Something
isn’t right,
and you know it

Most people don’t reach out until they’ve been carrying something for a while. Whether it’s a relationship under strain, anxiety that won’t settle, or a loss you’re still making sense of — this is a space to start unpacking it, without judgement and at your own pace.

  • Your relationship feels stuck — conversations keep circling without resolution
  • Anxiety or stress has become your normal, and you’re not sure how to shift it
  • You’ve lost someone or something important, and you’re not sure how to move forward
  • Something feels off — but you can’t quite name what it is
  • You want more from your life — more clarity, connection, or a deeper sense of purpose

What to expect

Getting started
is straightforward

01

Reach out

A brief free phone call to talk through what’s going on and see whether working together makes sense. No commitment — just a conversation.

02

First session

A 50-minute session to begin exploring what’s happening, what you’d like to change, and how we’ll work together. Relaxed, confidential, entirely at your pace.

03

Ongoing support

Regular sessions at a frequency that suits you. Most clients start weekly and adjust as things improve. No lock-in, no fixed programme length.
